Staff was really friendly and attentive during our stay. The ambiance at breakfast was sublime, with a wide array of high-quality foods available, especially the Eggs Benedict which was perfectly made.

It definitely wasn't inexpensive, but given the level of service and quality, it felt acceptable.

Not what I expected

This place feels like a wannabe 5-star hotel but fails big time! The concierge and doorman were awesome, but the front desk staff were super cold. They wouldn’t help with warming up my food delivery and charged me for a pillow with a tiny stain from hair dye. Dining was decent, but not worth all the hassle.

I had an amazing stay with an exceptional room and was thrilled to be within walking distance to Benjakitti Park, where I enjoyed peaceful strolls while taking in the beautiful surroundings, and I also found my favorite shopping destination, Terminal 21, just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city and indulge in some retail therapy.

I recently stayed in a Family Room at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit for four nights. The accommodations were spacious and well-designed, featuring two separate rooms with a connecting door. The staff provided excellent service, especially during check-in, offering valuable insights about the area. The location is fantastic, with several shopping malls within walking distance and good dining options on-site, like the impressive dim sum at Wah Lok restaurant.

The air conditioning was set too high, and there were limited sunbeds available by the pool.

I found the Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit exceptionally elegant with its modern decor and spacious common areas. The elevators are easily accessible, and the layout made it convenient for me to navigate around, enhancing my comfortable stay.

Faster service during breakfast would be appreciated.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe Room. The staff were always friendly and very professional. The location was superb, close to key attractions. The room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the city. I highly recommend this place! 🌟
